Background

The brassinosteroid (BR) signaling pathway is regulated by complex mechanisms which at the transcriptional level involves BRI1 negatively regulated by BZR1 and BES1. BZR1 mediates downstream brassinosteroid-regulated growth response and feedback inhibition of brassinosteroid biosynthetic genes.

Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with protein containing the C-terminal region of Oryza sativa subsp. japonica BZR1 (Q7XI96). Antibodies were purified by affinity purification

Concentration: 1.0mg/ml.

Tested applications: Western blot (WB) Expected/apparent MW: 33 kDa Species specificity: Oryza sativa

Recommended dilution: 1 : 500-2000 (WB )(optimal dilutions should be determined by the end use.)

Storage Buffer: PBS Buffer, pH7.4

Storage: Store at 2°C to 8°C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C. Stable for 2 years from date of receipt. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
